These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the Store and the conditions under which sales contracts are concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Customer – a natural person purchasing products through the Store
Seller – Irish Whispers Art Studio Ltd.
Product – handmade jewellery or artistic items offered in the Store
Contract – a distance sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer
All Products offered in the Store are handmade artistic items.
Due to the handmade nature of the Products:
slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or internal composition may occur,
each Product is unique.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final Product.
Prices are displayed in EUR or USD, depending on the Customer's location.
Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are not included in the Product price and are displayed separately during checkout.
Accepted payment methods include secure online payment providers available at checkout (e.g. credit/debit cards, PayPal).
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day via the Store website.
A sales contract is concluded once the Customer receives an order confirmation email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:
incorrect pricing or product information,
technical errors,
suspected fraud or misuse.
Orders are processed within 14 - 21 business days, unless stated otherwise in the Product description.
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the Shipping Policy, available on the Store website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs procedures.
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by email.
Returned Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging where reasonably possible.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product.
Customers outside the European Union, including the United States, may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returns for non-EU Customers are accepted at the Seller's discretion, except where the Product is defective or damaged.

If a Product is defective or damaged, the Customer should contact the Seller by email and include:
order number,
description of the issue,
clear photographs.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
Depending on the situation, the Seller may offer:
a replacement,
a repair,
a refund.
Products are intended for personal and decorative use.
The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by:
improper use,
exposure to water, chemicals, heat, or impact,
normal wear and tear.
Slight differences in appearance resulting from handmade production do not constitute defects.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with:
the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
applicable Irish and international data protection laws.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law.
Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the Customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in force at the time of placing an order applies to the Contract.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
