Complaints and Defective Products Returns

  1. If a Product is defective or damaged, the Customer should contact the Seller by email and include:

    • order number,

    • description of the issue,

    • clear photographs.

  2. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

  3. Depending on the situation, the Seller may offer:

    • a replacement,

    • a repair,

    • a refund.
